John HughesJohn Hughes was born in 1962 in Belfast where he studied English and Scholastic Philosophy at Queen’s University.

The Gallery Press published The Something in Particular in 1986, Negotiations with the Chill Wind in 1991 and The Devil Himself in 1996. Fast Forward was published by Lagan Press in 2003.
