Pharaoh's Daughter presents forty-five of Nuala Ní Dhomhnaill's remarkable poems with translations into English by thirteen of Ireland's most eminent writers. It, and the other bilingual titles originated and published first by The Gallery Press (The Astrakhan Cloak and The Water Horse), secured her reputation in Ireland and paved the way for her current international profile.
